My Long-Term Plan

Hey Guys,

Thanks for all the advice. You have saved me a lot of trouble and money in the long-run.

As I stand here, I have two Clarkii clowns, and a Caudern Cardinalfish.
I am going to wait another 2-3 months before adding my final fish. I figure four fish should be plenty in a 29g saltwater FOWLR.

I really only want one type of fish: a dwarf angel. Anybody with a bi-color, flame angel, or coral beauty please give me advice about the time table I should take.

My long-term plan, other than that one fish, is to add inverts. I have two turbo snails, and two crabs in there right now. I would love to do nothing more than add crabs, snails, stars, and MAYBE coral.

Before I do ANYTHING, I am going to post here (as well as do research of course).

With what I have in mind as a plan, how would you guys execute? When to get the angel? When to start with corals? How many and what types of inverts (motile ones like crabs, snails, stars, etc.)?

Happy with the status quo of 1 caudern, and 2 Clarkii clowns.

I'm sorry to have to say this again, but a 29g is really inadequate for a dwarf angel as well. as constant grazers, they are not well-suited to such a small and confined space.

yea they say they can live in a 29g but they wont be happy. i have a coralbeauty and it swims alottttttt. get some sort of goby they are cool and dont need much space. and def get corals.
