I dreamed about a reef tank for years. I read some reef books and researched online. Finally, I found the ARC website. I love this website. It is local. So I decided I am going to begin my new adventure : setting up a reef tank. The tank has been running for 3 weeks. I am going to try to make it an SPS tank which I know will take time to get that level.

if it were me, id discontinue the wet dry. Just pull out the media. You ahve more than enough rock to handle it.

yeah, that's only one item I don't like. I just got ADHI Refugium and I am going to use it instead of Wet/Dry

dang vista, you're setting it up good, let me know if you need any help. I'll hook you up.

Hopefully when I get a new bulb/reflector I'll have more growth and can frag you some nice stuff.

thank you very much for all your inputs. I am still new to reef tank. I would adjust some equipments when time comes. What other equipments do I need? I am thinking to get Calcium Reactor. Do you know there is great one? How about CO2?

thank you

If you don't want to shell out the ridiculous money for a calc reactor you can just do two part, Brightwell Aquatics sells is at well as every other chemical brand, you do part A first, then 15 minutes later you do part B. Everyday.
