My son caught some snails

My son plucked a bunch of these snails from the grass in the flats off the bay in Mexico City Beach, FL. He wants to add them to our aquarium. Are they safe?

Maybe look up welks and make sure they don't look like those...

What r u doing in Mexico Beach? We don't allow "ruffians", in our little piece of "paradise"! Hope u guys had a good time!

We drive thru it every year going to St George, actually was down there last weekend for all the wedding planning and will be back thru there in September. Never actually stopped there though, but Ill stop anywhere that has good oysters if y'all have any recommendations!

13 Mile Oysters! Best there is bar none. We buy them by the bag! Good stuff.

Not sure really. We're in pcb and went over there earlier in the week. We had plans to buy a condo in Gulf Highlands but the wife feel in love with the beach and bay over there.

Ha that's awesome we were looking for a source where would could buy bushels for the wedding, that's right next to us! You rock!

Here are some better pics of a couple of the snails if someone out there has any thoughts on whether or not I can add them to the tank.

I wouldn't! They could eat your corals or clam. Wasn't able to I'D them as reef safe.
