Mysterious molt...

do pods molt? i keep seeing molts in my tank, smaller than any of my obvious tankmates. id guess them to be around 1/8". i just saw one in my 1 month old biocube, but its prob bc i used rock from my previous tank, where i used to also see the molts. i havent seen any good sized pods or hitchhikers in QUITE some time

Yep, amphipod. Sort of rounded back, shimp-like thingy?

yea, thats exactly what it looks like but ive never heard of a pod molt, but if they DO molt, im sure thats what it is

I see them floating by sometimes too. Not sure if it's a dead pod or a molt, but that's what they are!

i tried to get some pics of the molt, but got side tracked with this guy. what is he?

Looked at first like a bristleworm at first. But is it like a spear on one end?

i do have a few small bristleworms here and there, but they look nothing like that guy. is there different kinds? ive seen a few that look like this little guy...

what did you do with that worm. Actually google "flukes", it looks like it could be one. If so if in doubt get it out.
