Thanks to "Broreefr" for his recent post. ( Please check it out for details). I went ahead and took a powerhead yesterday to all of my live rock / tank. I blasted the tank pretty good taking it easy around the corals and tried not to upset the substrate too much. I made sure to hit the areas behind the rock that do not see too much flow. It created a nice little sand / debris storm but after it cleared I did my weekly water change. Today the tank looks really nice. Everything things looks a little brighter and the water is very clear. I will definately add this to my routine.
