Just discovered a broken bulkhead in my overflow.

If anyone has an extra in the Alpharetta/Roswell area please let me know tonight (bad night I know). Nothing is open at 7:30 pm.

Checked every sponsor close by -- no one's home

thanks,
-gene

No such thing as a close Sponsor in Alpharetta any more. Geno, call me at 770 630 1047 I'm at home giving candy out to the 10-12 trick or treaters we get every halloween. I may be able to help you out depending on what you need.

I have 1" barbed bulkhead in Lawrenceville if you can't find one anywhere else.

Going to see Dave very close by.

Thanks to all who offered!

Anyone know anything about it?

That may have been Bill's Old Store, Aquarium Center (name I think). Was it on the left (heading south) in an old house across from a strip center with a McDonald's in it?

That is the new store opening up where the original Aquarium Center was. The new store is called "Pure Reef" and from what I have been told is going to be a top notch store!

Oh you mean Jorge's new store. That's right. He's back in Atlanta at the first Aquarium Showcase location. Jorge never does anything halfway. Any store he has owned has always been really nice. Hopefully, they will become a new ARC Sponsor.

For anyone that doesn't know him, he owned/owns Star Aquatics in Augusta. Previously he owned Pisces Pet Center in Jonesboro, then bought Fish Store and More from Al and David Levinson (first Fish Store Owners), then sold that and opened Aquarium Showcase, then several years ago sold Aquarium Showcase, moved to Central America, then moved back to the US and opened Star Aquatics on Augusta. This was from a period from the early 1990s to present.

Also, we got Geno fixed up on the bulkhead.

Got to see Dave's awesome tanks in the process of picking up a replacement bulkhead.

Dave, it was great meeting you and hope you'll be able to visit me some day in the near future to offer some coaching (and help me set up my CR).

Again, my thanks to everyone who offered to help me in this "hour of need."

David has it right - it's Jorge & Angela who are moving back. I saw them in September and we talked for a long while. I'm glad they're coming back - they are great folks, consummate professionals, and they run amazing stores.

He asked me about the club and such, I won't speak for him, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a sponsor ap from them in the near future. I think they're aiming to open Dec. 15.

And as of the last time Jorge and I spoke, they still own Star also.
