I'm with Barry. Looks more like Waving Hand Anthelia to me.

Does each 'flower' have its own 'stalk' or does each 'stalk' have multiple branching 'flowers' coming off it? Xenia has columns with multiple polyps (that usually pulse), whereas Anthelia is individual polyps that may run together at the base but each polyp stands alone with its own column.

Both Xenia and Anthelia grow like weeds.

Each stalk have one flower, so I guess it's an anthelia.
