Need a skilled carpenter asap for $$

I need a 6" tall pedestal built for the bottom of this stand pertruding out apx 2" in the same shape as stand. I am painting it black. I also need a canopy for my light but no major rush for that.
A price quote and completion date would be helpful.
I live near the corner line of Acworth, Kennesaw and Powder Springs.
