Oceanic Biocube 14 gallon glass. Owner wants to increase stability by adding a sump. He wants to have an overflow and return hole. Anyone done this?(not drilled glass, drilled a biocube?) Have not actually seen this tank, just trying to get some good suggestions for a friend. Thanks.

Don't see any reason it would be different from drilling anyother tank.

Just might be harder to get a bulkhead in it in those small compartments.

I wouldnt drill anything on the tankside.

Drain from the built in compartment and feed from the built in compartment.

this may help you...

I believe his tank cracked though, so maybe thats not the best way about it.
