Looks like Sipunculida. Check this link and click Worm Hitch Hikers at the top. Just a guess considering there are over 300 speices. <span style="color: #008000">www.chucksaddiction.com/hitchworms.html </span>

Same coloration, but does not have the same mouth and it is not as "fat"

Figured I would give it a shot can't see the mouth that well. If it stretches out it would naturally get skinny. Good luck I will tag along.

Thanks for the help though. Thats a great website! Can't upload more pixs bc it says I have reached my limit

Flower thing is hydroids, I have them, hey will spread and grow on coral but I have been able to keep them under control by pruning with tweezers and a running siphon, filter sock seemed to help stop the spread.

For those of you who have been following along for the ride... I have finally identified the "flower" creatures thanks to Ryuchi. Please look at this site to see "technical pixs" of it http://www.reefsanctuary.com/forums/just-starting-out-sw-beginners/58288-couple-questions.html">http://www.reefsanctuary.com/forums/just-starting-out-sw-beginners/58288-couple-questions.html</a>
