I've searched for something matching these but haven't had luck. They look like white gel with some tubes sticking out. I have yet to actually see anything come out of the tubes though. They're filling in spaces between rocks.
Here's the best pic I could get. You can see a tube in the lower left and more white mass above the oval opening in the rock.:
