Need emergency reef tank help this week since I'm on vacation and sump is going dry!

I live in Cumming, GA (Exit 16 on GA400) and I need someone to visit my home ASAP for emergency reef tank help.
I'm on vacation this week but my renter told me the sump is going dry and he doesn't know why. He filled the sump and it ran dry again.
I asked him to turn off the skimmer which is the only logical place I could lose water.
I'll pay someone to visit my home in Cumming to troubleshoot this issue. If you can do a 50 gallon water swap that would be helpful too.
I have a 170 gal reef tank and about 40 gallon sump.

I am nowhere near there but perhaps your ato system has malfunctioned and isn’t topping the sump off?
