Anybody have any glass suction cups for moving tanks?
I will probably need 4.
For sale or rent? Or maybe just borrow?

Thanks,
Grant

Harbor Freight will have them if you can't find them anywhere else.

Are they any good? The double ones they list say they can lift 125 lbs., with four it should work, but having experience with their products does raise a little concern.

I've seen posts from others here that have used them with no problem.

I don't think you will need suction cups to pick it up, me and one other guy unloaded it fairly easily. It's sitting on a dolly that we can use to roll it out to your car. I don't know about unloading it at your place though...

Yeah, it is going to have to be hauled up a narrow flight of stairs. Otherwise I wouldn't be worried about it.

If its for Randy's 93 cube.... you don't need no stinking suction cups..lol
me and one other guy carries a 150 , down 3 flights of stairs in an apartment complex . 93 you and one other guy easy.

Just worried about having to haul it up some stairs. My back ain't the greatest, and figured it would help.

just be the guy walking forward not backward...lol

Maybe I'll just get a feel for it when I pick it up. Can always swing by HF or sunbelt on the way home I guess.

Hey Grant I messaged a friend of mine to see if i could borrow his and as soon as he responds i will let you know.
also if your timing is right i could help any time after 6:00.

Hey Eric,

That sounds awesome! I would greatly appreciate both, especially since my buddy that usually helps with these sort of things just hurt his back. MAN! It seems like everyone is throwing their backs out, must be something in the water...

ok he said we can use them , i just need to swing by his place and get them.

Sweet! Actually, I was able to get it home yesterday, and it looks like I am going to have to keep it in the garage until I finish working in the basement. Can we hold off for a few weeks?
