need help catching a worm

I saw him the other day and had not had a chance to look him up. Going done the list here and saw haninja's post about his find and it looks to be the same worm. I only saw about 3" of him with the rest in between the rock. Any ideas how to catch this guy. I have just noticed in the past 2 days a couple shrooms not looking to good, along with a couple zoos. I do not want to break this tank done to catch him. So any ideas would be great.

I read where they caught one in a public aquarium at night with a small hook and shrimp on it. May want to go barbless though. Theirs was so big it chomped through the line and they had to go with a steel leader the second round.
Someone may have a trap or a less time consuming method to offer ya

my son loves fishing but I do not think I could trust in the reef with a hook.
