need help - maintenance on external little giant pump

I have two little giant 4-MDQX pumps, I have not used them for 5 years though and am scared to plug them in. Anyone have any experience with how to or who can service these pumps? All it says to do on the pump is oil every 6 months....any help would be appreciated. This is all part of my master scheme to move my equipment to the basement.

So there are two yellow plastic plug-like pieces on the pump. Do I take these off and oil there or is the oil meant to be put in these plugs without removal?

yeah, I went and looked at the manual first too but it says nothing about where and how to oil the thing.

Well they are both up and running now. I keep adding oil because I am sure they were bone dry after 5 years of sitting. Now I am going to just run them and see what happens on a test system. These things are like black boxes and I am not sure how to get past it. I guess time will tell.
