I have a 40 gallon reef tank that is 18 inches deep. I have mostly soft corals and mushrooms. I bought a Blade 30 inch Coral Grow light that is programable. Using the easy setup feature on the iphone app I can control the intensity and duration of light colored Royal, Blue, and Cool White. What would a reef expert recommend for the proper intensity and duration? I do not have a par meter
