Hello All, This is a very sad post for me, but im in dire need of some help... I have a 3 year old established mature 130 gallon sps acro tank in full bloom.... I bought all my fish pre-quarantined after I lost a battle to velvet 2.5 years ago.... I have 12 fish, including some pretty rare...

IMO - ich - and I'd get over to humblefish and research a couple different treatment options - pick one and get rolling.
Hopefully (and likely) if he's overall healthy he and your other fish will combat it themselves - but you do want to be aware it's in your tank and choose a path (leave it and deal with it, treat when an outbreak happens, go through the work to eliminate).
