Need RODI help

In the final stages of getting things set up and I am having trouble with the RODI. It is a 180 gpd Spectra Pure. I have everything hooked up right (I think) but I am not getting anything out of the purified water line. I am getting all waste water. I have a control valve that will slow down the waste flow, but nothing still comes out the good water side. I have replaced all the filters (5 of them) with new ones so that should not be the issue. Anybody have any ideas or want to come by and see what is going on? I also have to hook up the float valve system that will automatically fill the fresh water tank and not sure about that either. If someone can come by, I would appreciate it. I am just north of Cumming. Thanks in advance. Dave

Make sure the membrane is seated properly. That can cause the issue you are describing. Also make sure the flow restrictor is seated properly, and make sure there are no kinks in the tubing that connects each chamber.

I've seen all of those little bugaboos cause problems.

Jenn, I am getting water to the last canister. I see the water rise toward the top but nothing comes out of the water line. Could it be plugged at the top? I guess I can tear it apart and look if you cant think of anything else. Thanks

It could be plugged, if the old cartridges were really dirty... it's a pain to check but it sounds like that's what's needed.

Took it all apart and nothing in it that shouldnt be. Looked at the last cartridge and one end has slots on it and one end doesnt. Turned it over and now it works. Wont say who put it in upside down but it wasnt me. No big deal. Works now. Now to wait while it makes me 300 gallons of water.

if you have an auto shutoff, make sure you've got the hoses in the correct holes..
