need some help with sump

I need some help, as usual, I got a 30gT from Chrisjet today and need some suggestions on how to do a sump for it. I have a 10 gallon but it is being currently occupied by three fish and its in Savannah...

so any ideas on how to do this? i'm confused and this would be my first attempt at this.

I personaly would use a 20L find a glass cutting place and measure the inside of the 20L get what ever baffles cut that you want and silicone them in place...Don't know if I am going in the right direction with this...
