I had a couple stalks of pulsating xenia that my wife loves! It was doing great until it climbed off the frag I had it on and moved to a top rock located near the lights and has almost completely retracted into nothing. It's been like this for almost 3 months now.

Should I relocate it to a lower area in my tank without so much direct lighting? if so, How do I go about getting it off the LR? I know it's not a "collector" coral, but I don't want to kill it just cause.

I've read on here that some people have good luck with it and other don't. It was doing great for awhile and then it just closed right up. Maybe I'll just leave it alone and see what it does. It doesn't look like it wants to die, but it is retracted.

I can't keep Xenia or any kind. I have tried countless times and only failure. It's one of my favorite coral
