Someone gave me a couple polyps of this several years ago and I now have a small colony. I was wondering if anyone knew what they were called....Fruit Loops perhaps?

CBJ25 - I don't wanna hijack the thread but what have you found to be best tank placement for Fruit Loops? Looks like you've got them on the sandbed. I assumed that deep water zoas would like more actinic lighting and lower tank placement, but I've seen sites list fruit loops as med-high light requirements.

i keep my z's & p's in the bottom 1/3 of the tank but use strong lights, that picture is in a 34 cube with a 250w halide (i can grow many species of SPS on the floor of that tank as well. The fruitloops are now under LEDs in a different tank and getting a lot more actinic lighting than previously and they are really taking off, starting to grow on the underside of the plug (getting little to no light). As long as they are getting the appropriate amount of par.

ptc- checkout nemo fish's thread about their flaming sun zoa's for another possible reference or match

Thanks...I will go with fruit loops since the skirt is orange. I keep mine on a rock at that bottom of the tank.
