Neon acrylic rods

Does anyone know where I can buy a couple of these rods? I saw a vendor selling them at $4 a piece and would like to know if there's a local shop or even one of those home improvement stores that might sell the rods

TAP Plastics sells them too but shipping cost is high.... $5 ish for 6 feet cut in 2.
