Neptune Apex troubles

Setting up my Apex and need to do a firmware update, but it is not cooperating, it keeps stalling out. This is getting frustrating. The ethernet cable is hardwired directly into my aquabus, wifi is turned off, no idea where to go from here. Any ideas?

My experiences with Neptune support have been great. Open a ticket with them if you haven't yet. They may be able to remote into the controller to see what is going on.

Agree, open a ticket. If you want to try getting help from a forum, you will have better luck with Neptune's support forums. Lots of knowledgeable people there.

Are both your PC and your Apex wired to your network?
