Old thread, but the question deserves an answer for future members seeking similar info...
I have 2 of these. They say the flow rate is ~100gph but I swear it seems like WAY more than that. They are actually very strong pumps, much too strong for a GFO reactor without significant flow restriction, and probably too much for a carbon reactor too without restriction.

One note about the PMUP - you can't get spare parts (e.g. impeller) for them. If something breaks you have to buy a new PMUP at ~$40.
