Ok, I don’t have a controller. Brand new Bluetooth only. Ty though

So you need to download the AI app on your smart device- android or iPhone or tablet with Bluetooth. Then, you need to follow directions to add the lights to the AI app. Then the firmware should load. AI support is quite good if you are having issues. You email them and they set up calls to help.
