I have a couple of questions that someone might be able to easily answer.
1. When using fexible vinyl tubing, what type of clamps to you use? The only ones I'm aware of are the metal automotive type.
2. Does anyone happen to know how deep a EuroReef RS80 should sit in the sump?

Steve, they make a plastic squeeze ratchet type clamp. I know Sam has some at Aquabuys and sure others carry them as well.

I well made hose barb should have no problem holding on to the hose. But, you can use the metal clamps outside the water, and a zip tie under the water if you can't find the plastic clamps.

Those plastic clamps are something that I would want to keep on hand they just come in handy.

I have used a ziptie with a ziptie tool as well.
