New light bulbs

I yes replace my bulbs on my light fixture is 3 bulbs 250 watts and I noticed 2 of my sps are bleaching out cut that be the reason? I replaced the bulbs one a year

Typically you'll want to reduce your light cycle for a bit so they can acclimate to the new bulbs. MH bulbs reduce not only color but par quite a bit when they are a year old. Some will infact start to degrade around 6 months. Lower your light cycle quite a bit and slowly bring it back up to your normal running time over a week or two. Hopefully that will help.

only replace one at a time, wait a week or 2 then replace another one. make changes slowly.
