Yeah, some kinda of marco algea, maybe a hair type. A closer pic might help.

you should take that rock out and scrub all the hair algae off it. Nice tank, are you using RODI and do you have a skimmer?

i will do that the next water change and ill have to make sure my eel is not in the rock lol and no skimmer yet im too cheap to buy a new one waiting for a used one

i really like that tank. something about it looks real.. like what i see when I dive. maybe because its because every square inch isnt covered with coral but thats not necessarily a bad thing.

You should put both lights on the tank and run them together that would be alot more watts per gallon...

well with the hang on back filters i cant do that i might try after i get the fans fixed on the other one it is makeing some loud *** noise lol
