Now that I have been most graciously welcomed. Let's get to the questions. I want to remove the top of my RSM 130 and hang leds. Leaning toward the AI Sol. Something programmable/controllable/updateable. Any Ideas,any brands,any input will be appreciated.

Save your money for now. LEDs are only improving. If you are dead set on LEDs, I would do a DIY set up. That will allow you to choose the color ratios, and get a better span to give more even coverage.

Darren,you could bring the hood down to me and i could diy some leds in there for you and keep the factory look of the rsm.trust me,they look like crap with the hood off.been there,done that.look on Reefledlights.com for the components

As it relates to your LED inquiry....despite the perceived "pioneering" state of LEDs, I've thoroughly enjoyed using them. There are many pros/cons of LEDs versus T5s or MHs, and I've taken those into consideration relative to my own application.
You might want to peruse the Product Review forum as I've recalled many threads pertaining to AI Sols, Radion XR30Ws, etc.
