Hey there everybody, my name is Chris!
I just jumped in to saltwater with a 29G Biocube, bought for cheap on Craigslist. My Dad had a 55G saltwater tank growing up, back when under gravel filtration was the next great thing. It's been up for a month now, and I've started adding frags. It's frag-tastic.
The tank seemed like the perfect addition to the lobby at my shop. I build high end marine furniture in Flowery Branch. Solid teak and other exotics, mostly. I've been thinking about trying my hand at a tank stand, probably for my next project - a 2x2' frag tank. Will keep you posted.
Anyway, I'm really interested in meeting local reefers and such, which is why I joined. I'm kinda like a sponge for information at this point. A sea sponge. Yep.
Here are some pics! Can anybody tell me what the bright green coral is in the last picture? I named him Booger.
