I live in Phenix City Alabama about 2 hours from Atlanta.
Have been lurking her for a while and wanted to make my first post.
Most of my time is spent on thereeftank and some may know me from there.

I hate it here. Want to move back to Florida but have to get over two surgeries first (back). Either Atlanta (have lived there before) or back to Jacksonville. Somewhere big enough to have more than 1 major road in town.

Thanks. I have already had them. I had artificial disc replacement 3 years ago February. Then this past January I had disc fusion where they fused 3 together. Now, its recuperation time but how well it goes remains to be seen. So far, not good as I don't feel any better now but hopefully I will.

Wow, sorry to hear. Guess waterchanges are a nightmare for you right now...

Ironically, and probably thankfully, I dont have a tank here. All my corals/fish are in a friends 75 in Florida and in a 20Nano I have in Florida. I considered moving the 20 gallon tank here in Jan before my surgery and the waterchanges are exactly what made me decide not to. In time, I will either move it here, or move back. Probably this summer.

Welcome, and good luck... I'm facing a possible L5-S1 fusion. Trying to avoid it until it gets to a point where I have no choice.

My first surgery was artificial disc replacement on L5-S1. The second one was a fusion of L4-L5/L5-S1 where they fused all three together. I swore after the first surgery that I wouldn't have another surgery and I have said the same thing after the second one. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't as it hasn't really helped. But now that I have had them, its too late to change my mind. You have the right idea to avoid it as long as you humanly can.

Nah, never run and hide. You just won't ever see me on that site again. You are right that I am always honest but the problem is that certain people on that site can't handle honesty and the truth. Such is life.
