Nice looking set up and corals look great . How high do you have your lights off of the corals? I am moving my T5 up and down trying to find a sweet spot?

hey man... the fixture is actually sitting on legs that come with the Constellation. Id say it is 6 inches off of the top of the tank. I also use to have this fixture sit directly down on the top of the tank with no legs... I just like this look better.

Just a word of advice.. be careful not to TOAST your corals with t5. Ppl tend to underestimate these little tubes, but in a good fixture they are STRONG. You can grow anything you can find under t5!

Nice looking mix. I just got done playing this game myself.

I ended up with:
ATI B+
KZ New Gen (White)
ATI B+
GE 6500K
ATI P+
ATI B+
KZ New Gen (White)
ATI B+

I'm normally a guy who likes a strong white looking tank, but I'm getting used to a little more blue with the B+. I was runing ATI Aquablue Special's (whiteish bulb), but I really thought they made the tank look dingy. I like the KZ white alot more.

Have you ever compared the GE 6500K with the GE 3000K?? I'd be interested to know what you think of the difference.

Ya... Up till now I've always used a ge6500k in the mix.
The 3k is similar, but more orange in color.
