New things growing.

I have a these white things on the new rocks I got the other week and now there is something green growing off of them. It has the same shape as the white things. The white white one look like if you take some dimes and laid them down end to end. Also on the same rock it has some thing all over it that kind of looks like mud and now it has some kind of clear tube like things comming out of it any ideas? I know this is a really bad pic but I have a cheap camera.

The "green dimes" are probably a macroalgae called halimedia which is not harmful nor is it considered a nuisance algae. However, it does use calcium in order to grow.
