Hi all! My family and I just moved to the Atlanta area this last fall and after having an AGA 90g reef, 20g fuge + 60g sump w/MAG 9 power, 2-400w MH 2-110w actinic, MRC-1 Skimmer w/ MAG 12 power system in our old house we have decided to once again dive into reefing. Our new house has the perfect setup for an in wall system that will keep all the plumbing out in the garage so we are very excited about going bigger on this tank than the last! I kept some of the more expensive parts of my previous system but sold the tank and custom built stand before leaving Iowa. And yes, that was intentional so I could go bigger!
I've been in the hobby since late 2005 and am a proud veteran of many newbie battles over the years. The "Great ick plaque of 2008" was one of the roughest... :doh:
My approach on this new system is going to be much more slow and calculated and I look forward to getting advice and eventually meeting my fellow ARC members. Thanks for your help in advance!
