New To Salt Water, Need Help Figuring Out Worm Things On LR

Hey, Im kinda new to saltwater and currently have a 12gal nano with live sand and live rock with 3 Damsels and dottieback. I purchased a few new pieces of LR on friday and noticed these worm guys on one piece of it they appear to be tan and red striped.

Oh Cool , should i worry about trying to get it out of the strange place its in? its legs are coming out of some really small holes, will it get stuck???

It will make it's way out.....there's more holes in the LR than you or I could ever find and yet the tank inhabitants know where they are....no worries on getting him out of his spot
