No ARC card yet

I joined arc on 11-22-07 but havent recieved a card yet. Would like to have one for Feb meeting (free frags sound good!). Didnt know who to contact.

I also was wondering when I'd be getting mine but then again I just signed up last week. Though on the website it doesn't say I'm a member even though I paid. So I'm confused as to what I'm supposed to do. I hope I can attend that meeting as well, I just started a reef tank and I need some frags. :roll:


edit: lol I just noticed the arc member sign next to my name, i amaze myself with my stupidity. but i'm not on the members list though.

You do not need to have a member card to attend ARC meeting, Heck last I check you don't even have to be a member to join the meeting.

Member get discount from our sponsor.

Member card are passing out at club meeting and mail. May take some time before you get your card.

Glad you have joined the ARC. Sally (fishwhisperer) is taking care of membership cards. You will not need the card to join us at the meeting. I will check our member database today and let you know what the status is.

I plan on joining the club at the meeting. I'm a fulltime student and noticed a discounted membership for students. Would I still be able to take the frags home from the meeting? What proof of being a student do I need to bring? My student ID? Transcripts cost money from my school. . .

I was curious about this as well I joined a day after the cut off to receive the cards at the last meeting. And I was under the impression that I will be receiving my card this meeting do I need to check with someone in particular about this. Thanks

Nope - it costs $2.00 to ship it to my house from the registrar's office. Would a printout of my schedule and my UGACard be enough? Also, if I sign up at the meeting will there be enough frags to go around? Thanks so much for answering my questions.
