Noticed something on my maroon today

Can anyone identify this, my maroon who has kinda always had a beat up rough face, just developed a bubble under his eye and one under his pectoral fin on the same side, you can only see the bubble under his eye in the pic how ever.

Is there other fish? is your Heater in the Display?

1 scooter dragonet and the heater is into in the display, he's been acting weird at night but daytime is perfectly normal
Kinda not worried but I've never seen such a thing so I want to make sure he's okay

Yeah he seems to be doing okay today, am thinking about getting him a anemone to dwell in.
