Looks like a leather-eating nudibranch to me. Kill it.

I got one I hope to get the other tonight after lights out. I am seeing very small cocoon looking things on some of my live rock are those eggs? I surely hope not.

The cocoon things are likely sponges - unrelated, and harmless. A picture would confirm that though.

If you have any leather corals you might want to give them a 15-second freshwater dip in RO water - if there are any more nudibranchs on them, that will kill them and they'll fall off.

Those suckers hide well and they can eat a leather from the inside, out, causing it to "rot" (or at least appear to. Toadstools (Lobophyton sp.) are their favourites.
