right now im only using some carbon pads and phosphate pads along with the filtration in the AIO tank. so i wanted to put a refugium in one of sections, I wanted to know if you think this is too small or does it matter?

Why are you floating cheato :P . what camera is that? those pics come out very crisp, considering its led.

I thought it would help make certain i dont have algae outbreak. haha If the majority think i dont need the chaeto then i will put it in my 29 gallon when i get a bigger than 5 gallon sump. But im using a sony a200 with a SAL18250 lens.

I love the clarity and space of your tank. Wish I got the 16 instead of the 8 lol. Ive seen another nuvo 16 that had cheato in one of the rear chambers. It seemed fine(enough space).

ya i had a problem when i first got the tank with sand leaking in to the sump area and getting pushed out the return pump. it was like a snow globe! but innovative marine switched the tanks out for me and now the tank is doing great. Recently got an anemone from ReefWorks thats incredible! ill put pictures up soon.

Looking good Jeff! I like your aquascape and choices of coral (and their source!).

the video wont play unless your signed in to youtube and are in US. its because of the song and copyright malarky. I havent had the sps really long enough to see any growth but the polyps are always usually out so i hope they are doing alright. The lights are the 2 stock LED that are 8 watts each. and the bar is a truelumen PRO LED strip idk the watts of that product but the PAR average based on other peoples readings online is only 190ppfd at 6in. and 130ppfd at sandbed. :( so i would like to sell these off and get an evo LED or something with more output.

Edit: also thank you Ryan for all the sweet coral i have in my tank now. I know that they are all healthy and doing great!
