OK stupid question time

[seedless reefer]

I have a Red Sea test kit.

On the color card for Nitrates it has 6 colors but one side says low range and goes from 0 ppm to 50 ppm and a high range side which goes from 0 to 250.

Currently the water in the 180 is either 5.0 PPM or 25 ppm?

help.

Yes I know its high I expected it no water changes have been done yet.

Yes I know its high I expected it no water changes have been done yet.

red seas are a pain in the arse...if possible get some Saliferts...best investment I have made..super easy to use and easy to read..
