Opinions of a Aquamed twin 5000?

Has anyone ever seen or used this skimmer? It doesnt look like it has any of the new age tricks or shapes to it. Just a very large chamber and dual pumps. Its rated for 1250gallons which would be a major over kill for my tank, but I figured its never to big and usually skimmers are way overated.

So If you could fit this beast (78'' tall) would you use it if the price was right?

I have never heard of this skimmer, but found a reference to it from 2007, so it has been around for 7 years at least.

I've seen one in action, it seemed to worked well from a visual standpoint. Aqua medic was/is a very reputable company and built quality stuff.
