Opinions on best mode for MP40s

Just seeing what mode everyone is running their MP40s on. I've got 4 with 2 on each in of the tank and I do have 2 icecap 4k on the back. I've got 2 little bitty acans and a Duncan. I'm running reefcrest mode right now at 40% just seems like to too much I have 2 of them anti-sync. Thanks!
BTW, tank is a 7ft 250

I run reefcrest mode as well. You probably just need to dial your flow back even more.

i run mine on gyre mode my lps love it

Dang, I run 6xmp40s on a 5’ tank at 30-50% and I think its just right. All reef crest. Lots of random flow.
