opinions on mounting mushrooms

I got 3 small nickel size mushrooms the other day (they were a toss in with another purchase) a red a blue and a green, I tried putting them where I choose :smashfreakB: they fought me good , I bet I moved the red and green mushroom 8-10 times in 24 hours. I considered just letting them go but they are getting stuck under my live rock and I had to retrieve it from my pistol shrimps bat cave with a turkey baster , I have read up on it and was considering using a baby food jar with sand/rubble but any other ideas are appreciated. I read rubber bands could be used but was weary and unsure how long this takes .

Best thing would be the baby jar. If you have any empty crab/snail shells put those in the jar too. It worked for me

+1. Another thing you can use is bridal veil wrapped around the rock tied with a rubber band to hold them.
