Opinions (pro or con) of the Aquafuge PS Refugium?

So I am beginning to map out my plan to convert my 45g planted tank to a reef.

I am going to run T5s, but have not made any decisions there(Feel free to make suggestions!). I am also considering the aquafuge ps, but wanted some input regarding it. There will be no sump, the tank is not drilled.

Anyone have any experience with an aquafuge? I have a 20H that I am currently running the Bak Pak skimmer, with an AC70 that I modded to a small fuge with LR rubble, Chaeto, red grassilera and some feather caulerpa. I have had success with this HOB setup, so what are everyone's thoughts on a larger version?

I have a large aquafuge ps on my 20H. The skimmer needs to be modded IMO. I have ported the venturi adapter on mine and it helped a bit. I am going to do a needlewheel mod to the MJ1200 whenever I have a spare minute. All in all, I like it.

Is that the mod where you drill in the side for the air tube? I did that on my Bak Pak on my 20H as well. I actually forgot about that mod regarding the aquafuge. Thanks for the heads up. I still like the product.
