Orbit Marine 72\" IC LOOP LED

Part review and call for advice. Given an Orbit Marine 72" IC LOOP LED - Current USA as a gift from my sons at Christmas. System is on 215 gal tank. Sons installed unit as well as two integrated pumps. All worked well for about two weeks, the system refused to turn on or off without manual assistance. Contacted Current tech support and reset system, didn't help. Second Call got me a new controller, installed and set up. Same problem. Pumps work fine - lighting, as well as original problem,  now changes high-low parameters every so often, which means I have to reset all colors as well as white light! What to do, request replacement from Current, get help from local supplier and hope it doesn't cost me a fortune, or live with the problems? All told sons tell me system is worth > $600 ☹️

Surprised I got no response to this. Good news is I accidently popped a couple of circuit breakers, resetting them apparently caused the controller to reset as well.

Unfortunately,  not many of us use them.  So its tough to help without any experience with them.

I was concerned nobody was viewing this at all! Was hoping one of the local suppliers would have replied! Will have to keep an eye on performance of the "system".

We definately saw it.  . Im surprised Current USA wasnt more help.  Their service was always great when I needed them several years ago.

I have talked to them several times. Last call ..... left message ... no response ! Not sure what else to say, not sure what their responce will be if there's another problem😡
