Outlet timer relay, any?

I’ve been wanting to add the one from reef octopus but been slow at ordering, have an apex but not gonna used for now. Thought someone have a timer delay diy, just to used for the same porpoise as the Reef octopus, kill the skimmer and ATO once there’s trigged by a float switch from water level or power outage, then it can resume once the timer has finish and the water level is back to normal.
It will be a great solution to me not using the controller for now as I have to do all manually, shut skimmer and ATO then give the feeding time to the return pump... in two tanks... I’m getting tired
