Experience wise, what seems to be the most durable paint for inside a stand. Obviously, it would need to be able to stand up to saltwater for extended periods. I'm caulking all the joints and will have about 8"all around the bottom to hold water in case something goes wrong. I also am taking into concideration a possible future MH over the fuge for a frag rack. Someone had mentioned "Kilz" before but, I seek your opinions and experiences.

any alkyd based paint should do....like the ever-last line from Duron paints

Kilz or Poly would be good choices.... But actually I used the epoxy concrete garage paint from HD on my wood stand.... surprisingly it worked out great. Its been a year and still looks freshly painted...easy to wipe off also.

easy clean up...major bonus there.

For durability, I second the epoxy based paints (two part). There is no equal.
