Pajama cardinals

I purchased a pair of pj cardinals. They were doing great in QT but had an ammonia spike and lost one. I now have moved it to my 125 DT. I’d like to add more but not sure if that is possible with this species? Any experience you can share would be appreciated.

my experience is that you can add several more however when a pair bond forms, typically the odd man out is harassed and bullied. i usually end up with only two.

I bought just one more, thank you for your feedback. Hopefully they will bond. They are pretty cool fish. Just float around with their unique coloration.
