I'm trying to purchase a membership. On paypal it asks me to dd my card. When i enter my card i keep getting an error message. This is what i am getting. "To complete this payment, add a debit or credit card to your PayPal account. Your card will not be charged unless the transaction amount exceeds your balance." I am entering all my info correctly and Ive tried several times. Plus i have already added my card to my account so im not sure why its not working. Is there a paypal i can just send the money to? or can someone help me with this?
