Pest id help please

I currently have two issues going on, the first tonight when I got home from work on one of my frags I saw a little white thing, I took the frag out and it was a hard white looking worm. The outside is almost like a calcium shell. Started poking it with a knife and broke into it. There is what looks to be a worm inside.?????? Also have noticed some little white oval things growing in my song. Seem to have little hairs growing out of the head???? Here's a pic of the worm
